Terms & Conditions — dkgame Platform Rules

The dkgame platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

dkgame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned less applicable transaction fees. Any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the dkgame platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, or same device — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation of this rule may be suspended and any associated bonuses or winnings voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. dkgame may request documentation to verify the information provided at registration, including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. dkgame will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify dkgame support immediately at [email protected].

dkgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits may apply and may differ by payment method. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of the platform for the most current limits applicable to their chosen method.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a standard timeframe of 24 to 72 hours, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met. dkgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not yet completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Funds deposited into your dkgame account are held separately from the company's operational funds. Your account balance represents a credit owed to you by dkgame and may be withdrawn in accordance with these terms at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions described in clause 2.3. dkgame does not pay interest on account balances.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the dkgame platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–50%, and certain slot categories contribute at rates specified in the promotion details. dkgame reserves the right to adjust wagering requirements on any promotion at any time.

dkgame employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming activity, coordinated play between multiple accounts, hedging or arbitrage betting patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and using the same payment method across multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, dkgame reserves the right to void any bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts paid out in error.

All sports bets placed on the dkgame platform — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended after placement, except where dkgame explicitly offers a cash-out feature on a given market. dkgame reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed interruptions, or events of force majeure.

Casino games available on dkgame — including slots, live dealer tables (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), and instant games (Spribe) — are provided by third-party certified game studios. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing under video supervision. Game outcomes are independent and not influenced by previous results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are disclosed within each game's information panel.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is the authoritative record of all game activity. dkgame is not liable for disruptions caused by the player's internet connection, device failure, or mobile network interruptions (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk). If a game round is interrupted server-side due to a technical error, the round will be voided and any stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the dkgame platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of dkgame intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

dkgame endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events of force majeure may cause temporary unavailability. dkgame shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of platform downtime, slow loading, or technical errors beyond dkgame's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkgame's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dkgame shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunity costs.

dkgame collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration (name, mobile number, date of birth), transaction data, and device/session data used for security and fraud prevention purposes.

dkgame maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. dkgame reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal that triggers an AML review threshold. Accounts suspected of being used to launder funds will be suspended pending investigation and, where required, reported to the relevant authorities. All players must ensure that funds deposited into dkgame accounts originate from legitimate personal income or savings.

dkgame reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dkgame will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force.

You may close your dkgame account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, dkgame will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within 5 business days, subject to verification. Any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

dkgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where dkgame reasonably suspects or determines that the player has:

• Breached any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Provided false or misleading registration information
• Engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive betting activity
• Abused bonus promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal play
• Attempted to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform
• Violated any applicable law or regulation

In such cases, dkgame may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where misconduct is confirmed, may void all winnings derived from prohibited activity.
